The five ‘senses’ that you really don't have.

We were so jaded that we had to blow ourselves up in the 60's with psychedelics. Imagine how we are now? “I saw the best minds of my generation destroyed by madness, starving hysterical naked,…”. (Howl by Ginsberg) Thailand has made me realize also how deficient we are. And listening to the news from the USA and the past elections, how serious our brain deficiencies have expanded. I am not advocating psychics or psychedelics per se but we have to first learn what is the problem.
First understand that you can't know everything either sensually or mentally or even spiritually. That is the great law of spirituality, you are a mouse and your gurus are just bigger mice. You know how you wipe out ants on your kitchen counter mercilessly, that’s how you can be eradicated by nature also. Your ego makes you seem invincible, especially if you have lots of money, you are safe. Haha. Try to buy off cancer or death. No one can buy off death, you can be reincarnated maybe and that's where your energy should be focused. Get a better rebirth to move on with the wheel of life. In this Kali Yuga it's more difficult because you procrastinated for so long taking in the pleasures of Earth life.
Eyes: You don't see auras or other 'lights' around you. People report seeing things but most of us don't. You don't see all those things reported and illustrated in the yogic drawings or Tibetan books. Someone must have seen them. What about the 'third eye'. Most people don't know anything about that at all. How much of life do you actually see? Most men are more content with seeing porn than the other realms. Yes, women's bodies are beautiful, who can dispute that. Your meditation and yogic practices will help you expand the 'third eye'.
Ears: There are so many celestial sounds you don't hear. You don't hear the great 'OM' for instance. But the more remarkable thing is that you don't even hear English. Since the 90's, due to shocking legal cases in private and government and Wall Street greed, the English language has been corrupted to a great extent. Anything can be obfuscated or covered-up. You can get away with any murder if you are smart. The excuses people in Asia use due to the corruption and poverty for anything is remarkable. They are taught from birth how to get away with any crime or incident even killing your wife or children, just read the news. Then we had an actual president who can get away with grabbing women's pussies and get away with it. There is always an excuse. It's because you don't really hear multiple meanings coming at you. You are so unfortunately jaded by the daily babble and lies of the government. In Thailand you can't believe the excuses they make for having coups and dictators.
But the listening process is a big problem. Spiritually you sit in front of these bogus gurus and listen to them babble about 'love' and 'compassion'. You never dig into the talks or words, you don't question anything. I call it 'bullshit yoga'. You sit in front of people who are wearing gold garb, on thrones and not question anything. In the past election no one questioned every misused word or false or unverified statement that moron used on the news shows and now we have a crisis. America is being set up to accept 'lies'. First start hearing reality then we can get on with spiritual sounds. You have got to interrupt every speaker on every word or phrase when uttered, you need to understand more. You will catch them in so many lies.
Nose: Dogs can smell better than us. Get to where there is clean air, air out your brain. The nose is the gateway to the lungs, very important. I ruined my lungs in India with an incurable disease. Dreadful place. And the filthy air was in Maharaji's samadhi shrine in Vrindavan taken care of by his so called son who was too cheap to build proper sanitation pipes. Do pranayam if you can be taught. Bad lungs, bad life. What is going on in India, horrible, trying to be Americans.
Taste: I was once in a peyote ritual tepee meeting in New Mexico having a good time just tuning in. The person next to me asked 'what are you chewing on'. I said spontaneously 'God'. It tasted like God. Delicious. Saliva like God. Wow! OMG what goes into the mouth is very important. Thousands of articles about what and how to eat and chew and buy food. Don't get fat. I’m disgusted looking at pictures of my satsang family these days, 50 years later. Eat avocados.
Touch: Feelings around you. Senses in all directions. To have been touched by a guru, Maharaji. Who can say that? We were lucky. Be sexy.
Now, I have to say, I have had super sensory experiences many times. Sometimes on psychedelics and sometimes from yoga/gurus. Think of this, most of your friends and family and citizens of the world have never seen anything God-like. Most people are going nowhere, except in circles and the lower dimensions. Should everyone be prescribed LSD? More people even go to ayahuasca meetings now. Remember, yoga/tantra was only for a select few but media never wanting to let anything remain secret and greed by gurus has promulgated ‘enlightenment’ for everyone but most never get God-experiences. They are lucky to walk out with any money left in their pockets. My life decisions are marked by the special experiences I have had, there is no way I can go back. I walk around even in Thailand, and thinking how stupid most people are. The Earth dimension DNA is corrupt. The species cannot go on much longer like this, some predicting 11 billion cretins.
